New Hours
Starting on May 30, we expanded our hours. We'll be open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays. That's an extra 6 hours each week for you to get happy!

If you’re looking for something more than what is in the shop, we’d love help. Please check out our order page for lead times for specific items. We always appreciate getting your orders as early as you can. And you can always reach out to our event team here to discuss options for you.
Pride
June is Pride, and Denver celebrates Pride on the 24th and 25th. So we'll be all rainbowed-out in the bakery starting Wednesday, June 21 with rainbow macarons, rainbow sprinkles, rainbow shop cakes and more. And, of course, if you’re planning something special for Pride, we’d love to help out. Click here to place your order.
Father's Day
Mom had all the fun in May, and now it's time to celebrate Dad. Father's Day is on Sunday, June 18, and yes, we will be open and stocked with cut sugar cookies, stout cupcakes (with some help from our friends at Oasis) and whiskey caramel cupcakes starting on June 16. And, if cake is Dad's favorite (or cheesecake, or cookie cake, or…), don't forget to place your order!
Wedding Season
As you probably already know, we love weddings. When it comes time to pick your dessert – it doesn't have to be cake – we'd love to help. Contact our events team (events@happybakeshopdenver.com), and we can make your dessert vision come to life!
Graduation Season, Too!
Did you know: graduation rates rose in 2023, so that's even MORE people to celebrate this year? Graduation cake seems like the best answer, but we can make just about whatever your graduate would like – macarons, cupcakes, cookies, and more!
First Day of Summer
It will officially be summer on Wednesday, June 21, and we can't wait. Look for some summer cookies and bring summer sprinkles to the bakery.
Farmer’s Market and Parking
The Highland Farmer's Market is open for the summer. The market runs on Sundays through October 15 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please be aware parking will be impacted on Sundays, so plan ahead if you're coming to the bakery.
And if you've never been to this farmer’s market, you should - it's a great market packed with excellent local goods!
