It’s HOT – Keep your Treats out of the Heat!
We can only talk about summer treats if we remind everyone to keep their Happy Bakeshop treats cool. Even a few minutes in your hot car can soften a cake or lead to a melted disaster. Each order comes with an instruction sticker to help guide you to the most enjoyment:
· For cupcakes, bars and cookies: wrap in plastic and store at room temperature
· For cakes, keep 'em cool in the fridge!
We’d be heartbroken to hear that your beautiful cake got all melty before you had a chance to enjoy it.
Fall Flavor Battle August 13-24
Prepare your taste buds because the Fall Flavor Battle is on the horizon. Yes, we know we're sad to see the end of the summer, but you can comfort yourself by helping us pick the next seasonal flavors!
Here's how it works: Every day (Tuesday through Saturday), we'll have two kinds of samples of flavors we're thinking about adding to the Fall menu. You need to stop into Happy Bakeshop and give them a try. Then, cast your vote on our Social media (Instagram or Facebook) or let our team know while you’re there.
We'll announce the winner and roll out a brand new cupcake menu on September 3.
Back to School is August 19!
Another harbinger of fall is the school bell. Most students will be returning to Denver schools by August 19. So, while you're out grabbing every last little bit of summer, don’t forget to fill up on summer cupcake flavors.
And, if you want to start the school year with something sweet for your new teacher, we’d love to help. Think: cookies or cupcakes done up in your school colors or some themed cookies to help you secure a spot as teacher’s pet.
Four Two for $5 Tuesdays
As you’ve probably heard, “$2 Tuesday” grew up to “2 for $5 Tuesday.” And everyone has been loving it! More good news: August has four chances to get your two delicious cupcakes for only $5. Join us at Happy Bakeshop on these Tuesdays: August 6, 13, 20 and 27. See you on Tuesday!
