This Month in the Bakery
If you haven’t been to Happy Bakeshop lately, now is the time. We're constantly testing new flavors, so come by and try something new and pick up an old favorite!
· May 4 is "May 4 Be With You," you can expect some intergalactic, out-of-this-world sprinkles and decorations!
· May 5 is Cinco de May, so we'll have some on-theme sugar cookies and decorations.
· May 7, 14, 21, 28 are $2 Tuesdays. Come get your $2 cupcakes ALL DAY LONG
Summer Flavor Battle is Back on May 7 through May 19
It's been a minute, but now it is time to battle. Help us pick the new summer seasonal menu AND get a free sample. Here's how it works: every day for TWO WEEKS, we'll have samples of TWO FLAVORS available in the bakery for you to try. Then, you cast your vote by letting us know in the bakery, voting in the Instagram poll each day, or commenting on the post with which flavor you prefer.
Then, we tabulate the votes and reveal the final summer cupcake menu. It's easy and delicious, and you can always feel good about voting for a cupcake! Check out these scheduled battles below!

Mother’s Day, May 12, is HUGE at Happy Bakeshop.
You know spring is in full swing when it's time to celebrate Mom. And we've got a few great ideas to help you have a great day with Mom (or Grandma, or Auntie, or your Sisters…).
First, we're bringing back the Buttercream Boards! These yummy snacks will include a cookie "board," three kinds of yummy house-made buttercream and more cookies for scooping, spreading and dipping. We think this is perfect over coffee or to cap off a Mother's Day brunch! Order yours today!
Then, we’re partnering with Scarf Studio for a fun activity that all Moms will love. Spend time designing your own scarf, creating – and eating cupcakes – with Mom this year. It will be fun, and you'll have a unique keepsake you can wear! We're excited to partner with the Scarf Studio for this one-of-a-kind experience. Book now; spaces are limited!
We will be open on Mother’s Day, May 12 and starting on May 10, we’ll have all the Mother’s Day goodies in the bakery like Chocolate Cabernet Sauvignon, Caramel Macchiato and Mimosa cupcakes, Chocolate Salted Caramel and Vanilla& Rose shop cakes, Mother’s Day cookies, Lavender Lemon Bars and Rose Strawberry Shortbread Cookies so you can stock up. Please do let us know if we can make something special for you, too. Best of all, we will be open on Sunday, May 12.
Memorial Day
Finally, the unofficial start of summer will be here soon! We'll have red, white and blue decorations, themed sugar cookies and even a special Cherry Pie Bar starting on May 24! Stay tuned to learn more! We will be open all weekend (May 25-26) but closed on Monday, May 27.
